Women’s Transformational Retreat, Lamorna, Cornwall, November 13th-17th 2025

Welcome to this women's retreat in the wild heart of ancient Cornwall. A small, intimate group of women will share four nights in a rustic country house exploring somatic practises, sound healing, cacao, self reflection and time in nature.

Delving into practises that nourish, support and transform at a deep level. The land around us provides a magical and deep holding space for even more profound shifts and awareness.

Each day there will be 2 physical practises led by Lou and based on the group's needs: somatic yoga, Holosomatic Therapy, Polarity yoga and more. Ali will also be hosting a sound journey using gongs, crystal bowls, voice and an array of ancient instruments.

We will also have a silent walk to the Merry Maidens Stone Circle, a ceremony at the on-site fogou (human-made cave), a coastal walk from the stunning Lamorna Cove, and a sea dip for those willing!

Ali is our chef for the weekend, creating the most delicious vegan food - prepared so consciously and caringly to be balanced, seasonal, nutritious, and prepared with so much love you can taste it.
