Wintering: Women’s Retreat

How Hill, Norfolk | December 4th-6th 2026

A quiet space to step away, soften, and turn inward.

This winter retreat is an invitation to slow down and nourish yourself on every layer of your being—body, mind, energy and deeper awareness. A chance to rest, reflect, and reconnect, held within the stillness of the season.

There is no pressure to be anything or do anything here. Just space to listen, to feel, and to be.

The Experience

Across the weekend, we’ll move gently between practice, rest and reflection.

You’ll be supported through a blend of:

  • Gentle yoga and somatic practices

  • Meditation and deep rest

  • Seasonal workshops (such as Ayurveda, Human Design, self-enquiry or embodied awareness)

  • Sharing Circles

  • Time in nature, including walks in the woods

  • Space for silence

The retreat will unfold in response to the group, allowing space for what feels most supportive and needed.

A Slower Rhythm

This is a more inward-facing retreat, shaped by the season.

There will be the option to move into periods of silence from the evening through to the following morning—something that often supports a deeper sense of rest and integration.

It is a space to step back from stimulation and reconnect with a quieter internal rhythm.

The Space

Held in the Norfolk countryside, Wintering takes place in a beautiful historic house set within acres of protected marshland and nature reserve. The landscape is quiet and expansive, with waterways, gardens and open skies offering a deep sense of space and stillness.

The setting supports what this retreat is really about: slowing down, softening, and returning to yourself.

With a small group of women, the space remains intimate, grounded and supportive throughout.

Who It’s For

This retreat is for women who feel drawn to:

  • Resting more deeply

  • Slowing down and stepping back from daily demands

  • Exploring a quieter, more reflective space

  • Reconnecting with themselves through body-based practice

Some familiarity with yoga or meditation is helpful, as we won’t be focusing on introductory work.
