Holosomatic Body Therapy is a powerful, embodied approach to healing and self-discovery. It weaves together conscious connected breathwork, authentic movement, intuitive bodywork, and deep rest to support the body’s natural intelligence.

This work invites you into direct relationship with sensation; both physical and emotional, gently stepping away from the thinking mind. Through breath, movement, and awareness, the body is given permission to express, discharge, and reorganise what it has been holding.

Within a supported space, patterns held on a physical, emotional, and energetic level can begin to gently unwind. You onlyrelease what you are ready to release; nothing is forced or pushed. As the system releases, there is an opportunity for greater balance, ease, presence, and vitality.

The experience

Each session is an invitation to move energy, release what feels held, and reconnect with your innate capacity for self-regulation and healing. Sessions are held to carefully curated music playlists, designed to support the journey—guiding rhythm, emotional expression, and integration throughout the process.

We work with a blend of:

  • Conscious connected breathwork to expand awareness, increase sensation and ‘activate’ the system

  • Authentic movement to support expression, release and completion of held stresses and tensions

  • Bodywork to assist deeper release & a sense of connection to the body

  • Deep rest for integration & recalibration

Throughout the session, there is a guided rhythm between more activated, expressive states and moments of grounding, resourcing and rest. Moving between these allows the nervous system to build resilience—learning how to feel, release, and then return to steadiness with greater ease. A healthy nervous system can move smoothly between these states.

Many people experience a shift into a more centred, grounded, empowered and peaceful state of being after sessions. No two sessions are the same, and definitely best approached with an open and curious mind!

In a typical session, we start with what to expect in terms of structure and ‘technique’. Then we practice self - resourcing. The session then moves on to shaking, to release the first layers of tension, then several rounds (2-5) of ‘activation’ in which we use the breath, movement and bodywork to release. These rounds are sandwiched between resourcing - an invitation to return to the calm, steady space of holding yourself. We finish with 15 minutes of relaxation and integration.

Who this is for

This work is for those who feel ready to meet themselves through the body, and who have some familiarity with movement, breathwork, or somatic practices. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to be present with what arises.

Important information

Please note: these sessions are not suitable for complete beginners to movement or breathwork, or for those navigating acute trauma or certain mental health conditions without additional professional support.

There are some contraindications for this work. I will check in with you during the booking process to ensure this approach is appropriate for you.

Holosomatic Therapy sessions are currently £27 for 2 hours as part of a group session.
