Cornwall Retreat: Spring Equinox
15-19 March | Lamorna, Cornwall
A space to reconnect, renew and welcome the energy of a new season.
As we gather just before the Spring Equinox, we’ll honour this time of balance, renewal and new beginnings. As the days grow lighter and the world begins to awaken, we’ll create space to reconnect with ourselves, by releasing anything stagnant from winter, and looking to the year ahead, and what we would like to nurture. Held by the ancient land and wild beauty of Cornwall, this is an invitation to slow down, be truly present with yourself, and welcome the energy of the new season.
Lou will be holding this retreat alongside her soul-sister Ali, bringing together their shared love of healing, ceremony and connection. Ali will guide us through an immersive sound journey, nourish us with her vibrant, lovingly prepared food throughout our time together, and serve up some uplifting cacao to fuel our springtime explorations!
The Experience
Across four nights, a small, intimate group of women will share a journey of embodied practice, healing, ceremony and time in nature.
You’ll be supported through:
Gentle somatic yoga and embodied movement
Holosomatic Body Therapy
A deeply immersive sound journey
Cacao ceremony and pilgrimage to the Merry Maidens stone circle
An evening ceremony in the ancient fogou
Time in nature, including a walk to Lamorna Cove and the option of a sea dip
The retreat will unfold in response to the group, creating space for both deep exploration and gentle restoration.
The Land & The Rituals
There is something very special about gathering in this part of Cornwall! Surrounded by ancient landscape, close to the wild Cornish coast, we’ll have the opportunity to connect with the land.
Through ceremony, sound and embodied practice, we’ll explore our own inner landscapes, creating space for reflection, release and renewal as we move into spring.
A Slower Rhythm
With a small group of women, we’ll create an intimate and supportive space to step away from everyday life and reconnect with ourselves.
There will be periods of silence, time to rest and reflect, and space to explore the beautiful grounds and surrounding countryside.

Cornwall Retreat testimonials
“Ali and Lou are the perfect balance of personalities that allowed me to feel loved, nurtured and find space to heal. Every detail of the retreat, I attended with them, truly was the best yoga & sound experience! The setting at Rosemerryn, is magical, I can’t wait to attend another in the future!! ”
- Robin, Cornwall Retreat
“It really was something special. I had a profound and also beautiful experience. The offerings from you both were so rich and held so securely with wisdom, depth and yet lightness. It was like a little portal was created … jump in, experience experience experience; feel, dance, breathe, resonate, body, mind, soul, land, sea, stars, nature, connection.. A little bit of magic.”
- Bernice, Cornwall Retreat
“There are few truly magical moments in life and this retreat was one such for me. It had everything. Delicious, nutritious food cooked with love, meeting like-minded souls, an abundance of nature, forest, seashore and cliffside paths, a cacao ceremony that had us dancing round an ancient stone circle, meditation, yoga and sound bath and a ritual held deep inside an age-old fogou. It nourished my body, mind and soul and I’m returning this year to counter the madness that surrounds us and to build my resilience. ”
